Dr. Andrew Novotorov, CEO & Co-Founder
Andrew earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Livestock and Horticulture from Nizhniy Novgorod Agrotechnical University and a PhD in Dairy Science Technologies from St. Petersburg State Agrarian University, where he conducted research focused on enhancing agricultural production and productivity. He later earned a second Doctoral degree in Agricultural Education and Extension from Iowa State University.
Dr. Vladimir Pozdnyakov, CEO & Co-Founder
Dr. Vladimir Pozdnyakov is an agricultural engineering and farm modernization expert with a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, a B.S. in Agricultural Engineering, and an MBA in Finance. With decades of experience as both an engineer and entrepreneur in agricultural equipment sales, he specializes in machinery optimization, automation, waste-to-energy systems, and infrastructure development, helping agricultural businesses improve efficiency, sustainability, and long-term growth.
Mr. Peter Novotorov, Dairy Genetics & International Project Expert
With over 30 years of experience in the agricultural industry, Mr. Peter Novotorov is a recognized expert in dairy and beef livestock genetics, agricultural management, and livestock project development. Throughout his career, he has achieved remarkable success in creating and improving beef and dairy genetics across Eastern Europe, strengthening productivity and sustainability in modern breeding programs.
Ms. Elizabeth Novotorova, Animation Pre-Production Intern
Elizabeth is an animator focused on bringing ideas to life, from fun cartoons to commercials. She utilizes the latest technology to streamline the animation process while creating highly polished work.
Ms. Anastasia Novotorova, Marketing & International Business Intern
Anastasia is a graphic design student with a passion for creating visual identities and interfaces that balance appearance with functionality. She is in charge of designing A&V Consulting’s website along with the company’s promotional material and branding.
